Gnana Jyothi Educational Scheme.

Gnana Jyothi scheme is a scheme that aims at providing educational assistance for the under privileged. The donations received through various schemes and events conducted by Sahasrarjun Seva Samiti is utilized in providing educational assistance to the under privileged by the way of distributing uniforms, note books, text books and stationary free of cost to schools and hostels scrutinized and identified by the samiti members every academic year. In addition assistance is also provided individually to the under privileged students identified by the samiti members. Giving scholarships to the deserving students is also a mean the scheme intends to provide for this noble cause.

About Sahasrarjun Seva Samiti (Regd.)

SAHASRARJUN SEVA SAMITI is a Charitable Trust managed by a team of dedicated members that aims at serving the economically challenged sections of the society and conduct charitable, educational, sporting and cultural activities. The sporting and cultural activities conducted under the ‘Utsav’ umbrella bear ample testimony to the dedication and sincerity behind this Samiti.

OUR MISSION :

Sahasrarjun Seva Samiti is an organization established to represent the interests of youngsters and children from all communities. It serves to channel the flow of information and opinions among young people and decision-makers with persons dedicating themselves to the service of the deprived – from children to the aged and the disabled, providing relief in the form of free Education, medical care, rehabilitation with nutritional food, to give a child the gift of true childhood, a normal livelihood with social skills, to the aged and infirm- a betterment in the quality of life with the help of individuals who, with a spontaneity and selflessness spend their life for this cause.

OUR AIM :

To be a consultative body for youths on all relevant issues. To influence the policy of international institutions on education and youth related issues. To increase the participation of young people and youth organizations in the society and decision making process as well. To promote the exchange of ideas and experiences, mutual understanding, equal rights and opportunities among young people. To provide free medical camps to deserving needy physically handicapped, older and weaker section and to construct a hospital.

OUR WORK :

Sahasrarjun Seva Samiti is committed to providing shelter, support, education and health care for needy children. Working for the cause and care of disadvantaged older people to improve their quality of life. To empower youngsters to actively participate in the shaping and upliftment of the society in which we live. Through our members and our representative role, we want to improve the living conditions of young people and children in today's world.

ACTIVITIES OF SAHASRARJUN SEVA SAMITI :

1. To establish, to run, maintain, assist Educational Institutions and imparting education in all spears.

2. To give Scholarships, medals awards, prizes, books etc to poor students and to organize lectures.

3. To conduct cultural and sporting activities for upliftment of talent among youngsters.

4. To provide facilities to the needy students in pursuing their education including free boarding, lodging, hostel facilities and also to grant extend monitory or other help to such needy students.

5. To assist outstanding and promising candidates in the field of education, games and sports.

6. To establish libraries, Hostels, Boarding House free or otherwise to facilitate the promotion of the student community.
